Brewed by the river
The autumn list is on
Five new pours came off the line this week. Small batches, brewed slow in copper by the water, and poured the same day at the bar on Ferry Street.

Since the old mill
We brew in small runs, pour it fresh, and never ship a beer we would not drink at the bar ourselves.

Crisp & clean
Bright, dry pilsners and pale ales. Cold-conditioned for a snappy finish.
Malt & sweet
Ambers, browns, and bocks. Toasted grain, caramel, a soft round body.
Dark & roasty
Stouts and porters. Coffee, cocoa, and a long roasted finish.

Following the old traditions
Copper, grain, and time
We brew the way the mill crew did a century back. Open the mash by hand, watch the boil, let it condition until it is ready. No shortcuts, no filler, no rush.
